Dogs and cats are allowed upon request. A
$5.00 daily pet fee is required if owner prefers not to "stoop-n-scoop"
after their pet.
Bed & Breakfast

Breakfast is available at $10.00
per person (in addition to all applicable Cottage rental
fees as per above).

Cancellation Policy:
- One night's rents is due upon booking, and the balance
is due upon arrival (or at beginning of
each month if stay is longer than a month).
- Cancellations require 7 days notice. If you cancel with
at least 7 days notice, your deposit will be returned, less
a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of less than 7
days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid unless
a replacement booking can be made for the same period.
